Why do I get a second email on booking?

Our booking system (Fareharbor) is unable to generate the financial receipt needed for the payment by the relevant Hungarian laws. Therefore we use a separate service to create and send you a receipt (or invoice when you requested) from szamlazz.hu that is sent in a separate, second email. Is the ticket valid for any cruise?

No, the ticket is valid for only the cruise indicated thereon. There is a flexbile option at the time of buying that allows the ticket to be used on the departure date and the following day, naturally you can only use once.

Do I need to print the ticket?

No, presentation of the ticket on a smart device (phone, tablet, etc.) is fine as indicated on the ticket.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my baby boy/baby girl?

Not, if the baby is below the age of 3 and you intend to come to one of our standard boat cruise. Naturally, each child must be accompanied by an adult with a valid single ticket. (Also, different ticket categories might be applicable on special boat cruises.)

How to book?

You can book only ONLINE on our website our trough our resellers. The process is very simple like any other webshop: choose your date and time, how many tickets you have, if you have a promotional code insert it, optionally you can add to your basket add-on products and pay it by your card. So simple.

Could I book by phone?

No, we don't accept bookings by phone. You can book online.

Could I book at the boat?

Yes, but only if there are free places. You can risk that our colleagues will deny to sell for you tickets if the capacity is full.

I did not get a ticket / I have problems with the booking

I did not get a ticket / I have not received confirmation of booking / I have problems with the booking. We send a ticket as a response to each approved booking. Please check your spam (junk mail) folder too. Should you not receive a ticket, we could not confirm your reservation for any reason, of which we have sent an e-mail.
